This one-of-a-kind knife is one of our artisan hand-forged knives. It is handmade out of 1065 steel with a propane forge and good old-fashioned hammer. The micarta handle and bi-color leather sheath are custom and handmade to fit this knife.

This design is one of our kitchen knives, inspired by historical styles from when one knife was expected to do any job in the kitchen, and still perform well. The knife has a flat grind. The slim shaped textured handle provides a secure grip, while the classic straightback shape is excellent for any chopping or cutting while cooking in the kitchen. Whether you’re cutting veggies or carving a roast, you can trust this blade to hold up and not slip or dull.
